Refund & Exchange Policy
If you're not satisfied with your online purchase please contact us at email@example.com and you can return the item(s) for an exchange or store credit. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items unless they are found to be faulty.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be returned within 14 day of your order and the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
You are responsible for returning the item(s) at your own cost (unless the item is faulty). If you are exchanging an item due to a change of mind there will be an additional shipping charge for your replacement.
In order to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number. Please indicate what you are returning, the reason why and whether you require an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, details of the faulty item and a photo, so that we can assess the issue and guide you through the process. If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock), or refund once we have received the returned item. We cannot process a return for a faulty item if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.
We will cover the costs of return shipping. Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to get any returns to us within the 14-day timeline advised above.
